Senior Nurse Practitioner

We are looking for a dedicated and committed Senior Nurse Practitioner to join our Warrington Recovery Team (Adult Community Hub) in Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in an acute environment, mentorship, supervision, and coordination of staff. You will also have leadership/management training, post-registration training in a relevant field, and experience of working as a Nurse in Charge/Shift Coordinator.
Main Duties:
- Providing NICE guidance interventions and working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide care, treatment, and support for service users with complex mental health needs.
- Undertaking clinic duties as required and contributing to our office duty on a rota basis.
- Liaising with carers and families, and partner agencies to achieve best outcomes for service users.
Person Specification:
- Up-to-date professional registration (to be maintained), on the appropriate part of the NMC register and hold a current NMC registration
- Post-registration training in a relevant field
- Leadership/management training
- Experience of working in an acute environment
- Experience of mentorship, supervision, and coordination of staff
