About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Asset Manager to lead our property management team at Dandara Living.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of assets, driving financial performance and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of assets, including rent collection and maintenance
  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve asset performance
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in asset management or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
