Job Overview:

About the Role:
The SENCO Assistant will assist the SENCO with administrative tasks related to SEN provision. This includes liaising with staff, parents, and external agencies to coordinate support for students. The role also involves contributing to the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitoring student progress. A positive, inclusive learning environment is essential for all students.

Requirements:
We are looking for an individual with experience in an educational setting, preferably with SEMH students. Relevant qualifications in education or SEN are desirable but not essential.
