Global Sales Executive for Performance Coatings

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Global Sales Executive for Performance Coatings. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the growth strategy for our Performance Coatings Additives portfolio. This will involve directing and planning sales activities for key accounts in the UK and selected EMEA regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement key account business plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, and customer service, to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to enter new applications and launch new products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, chemistry, or chemical engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the coating additives industry, with a strong track record of delivering higher than market growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with internal and external customers at all organizational levels.
