International Sales Director for Additives UK and EMEA

As a key member of the EMEA sales organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and implementing the global strategy for our Performance Coatings Additives portfolio in the UK and selected EMEA key accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering higher than market growth, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the coating additives industry, preferably in sales functions in an international environment.

You will be working closely with the EMEA Senior Sales Manager Performance Coatings to develop and execute business plans, identify market opportunities, and build strong networks with internal teams.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to operate at a senior level with sales organizations, and have a strong commercial mindset.
