Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Coordinate and plan our multidisciplinary reward strategy, leveraging analytics and benchmark data to inform compensation strategies.
  • Policy Enhancement: Assess and update current benefits and compensation package procedures and policies, ensuring alignment with global best practices.
  • Global Alignment: Liaise and align with Global Compensation & Benefits teams, promoting a cohesive and competitive reward strategy.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Promote Fugro-Geoteam AS's employer brand and develop competitive reward mechanisms, enhancing our reputation as a leader in the Geo-data industry.
