Job Title: Asset Planning Analyst

Thorpe Molloy McCulloch Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Asset Planning Analyst to join their Corporate Planning Team in Aberdeen.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and preparing the annual strategic plan submission, as well as supporting the short, mid, and long-term planning activities for the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and prepare the annual strategic plan submission, including consolidating inputs from finance and the wider UK business.
  • Support the development of the 3-year production stabilisation plan and integrated activity plans for the UK assets.
  • Prepare presentations and insightful analyses relating to the 3-year production stabilisation plan.
  • Act as strategic plan focal point for Corporate Planning.
  • Provide insightful analysis to support the UK Leadership Team (UKLT) in their review of the strategic plan inputs.
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level in Business Management (Finance or Accounting), Economics, and/or Engineering.
  • Knowledgeable in basic accounting concepts and familiar with operational and commercial arrangements within the oil and gas industry.
  • Able to work under pressure and deliver timely results.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising integrity.
  • An excellent communicator (both interpersonal and written) with excellent systems skills (particularly in Excel and PowerPoint).
