We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Planning Specialist to join our team at Strategic Resources European Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As an Asset Planning Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the UK Planning Team in Aberdeen.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Coordinate and prepare the annual strategic plan submission, ensuring alignment with corporate policy and company values.
- Production Stabilization: Co-ordinate and prepare the 3-year production stabilisation plan, consolidating inputs from finance and the wider UK business.
- Capital Management: Support the annual work programme & budget (WP&B) process, working collaboratively with the Capital Analyst, Finance Business Partners, and HQ.
- Decision Analysis: Participate in the decision analysis process, providing insightful analysis to support the UK Leadership Team (UKLT) in their review of strategic plan inputs.
- Presentations and Reporting: Prepare presentations and reports for Senior Management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with the Corporate Planning and Cost Control Groups, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Manager - Budgeting & Cost Control.
- Education: Educated to degree level (BA, BSc or equivalent) in Business Management (Finance or Accounting), Economics, and/or Engineering.
- Experience: Knowledgeable in basic accounting concepts and familiar with operational and commercial arrangements within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Skills: Proactive, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising integrity. Excellent communication and systems skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
