Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Coordinate and plan our multidisciplinary reward strategy, ensuring alignment with global compensation and benefits teams.
  • Policy Enhancement: Assess and update current benefits and compensation package procedures and policies, utilizing analytics of benchmark data and trends.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Inform compensation strategies with data-driven insights, promoting a competitive reward mechanism.
  • Global Alignment: Liaise with Global Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Promote Fugro-Geoteam AS's employer brand, developing innovative reward mechanisms.
