We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our Additional Services team at Bridges Estate Agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Additional Services department.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners, including Simply Conveyancing, GoTo Group, Virgin Media, Herrington Carmichael, Smart Advice, and Henden Financial.
- Identify and capitalize on lead and business opportunities across the group, with a focus on allocated offices.
- Work closely with the Director of Additional Services and the Group Managing Director to ensure the successful delivery of commercial strategies.
- Lead team ring out sessions to generate leads and instructions.
- Develop and implement strategies for areas of improvement within branches, providing training and development as needed.
- Ensure new starters in branches are set up for success with a structured induction and training program.
- Become highly proficient with RPS and partners' CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
