About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our Additional Services team at Bridges Estate Agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Additional Services department.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners, including Simply Conveyancing, GoTo Group, Virgin Media, Herrington Carmichael, Smart Advice, and Henden Financial.
  • Identify and capitalize on lead and business opportunities across the group, with a focus on allocated offices.
  • Work closely with the Director of Additional Services and the Group Managing Director to ensure the successful delivery of commercial strategies.
  • Lead team ring out sessions to generate leads and instructions.
  • Develop and implement strategies for areas of improvement within branches, providing training and development as needed.
  • Ensure new starters in branches are set up for success with a structured induction and training program.
  • Become highly proficient with RPS and partners' CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
