HR Business Partner - Strategic Talent Management
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Waterlooville. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working 35 hours per week with occasional travel to London.
Job SummaryThis role will cover the full employee lifecycle, including responding to complex queries, handling employee relations matters, and managing TUPE consultations. As a key member of our HR team, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders, be proactive, confident, and logical in your approach.
Key Responsibilities- Responding to complex HR queries
- Handling ER matters
- Managing TUPE consultations
- Reviewing processes and policies
- Generating reports and making recommendations
We are looking for a team player with excellent organisational and IT skills. You will need to be proactive, confident, and logical in your approach. A salary of up to £60,000 per annum is on offer, plus great benefits, including:
