Neurology Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Neurologist to join our team at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality neurology services in the region, working closely with a team of Consultant Neurologists. The post will entail the provision of general neurology services in both inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as sub-specialty expertise to complement the delivery of a comprehensive Neurology service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver neurology services in the region, working closely with a team of Consultant Neurologists.
- Provide general neurology services in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Contribute to the delivery of sub-specialty expertise to complement the delivery of a comprehensive Neurology service.
- Participate in the care of patients in their charge.
- Contribute to teaching and training to students at Nottingham University Medical School.
- Contribute to teaching, training, and supervision of Specialist Trainees in Neurology.
Working Arrangements:
The post will be based mainly at Queens Medical Centre, with a focus on acute and inpatient Neurology. The successful applicant will work within a team of Consultant Neurologists and will be expected to contribute to the delivery of a high-quality, comprehensive Neurology service.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Neurologist, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality neurology services. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
