Responsibilities
  1. Deliver personalized care and support to patients, including daily living activities such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
  2. Maintain a safe environment for patients, especially in challenging situations, and document any incidents or concerns.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans that cater to individual patient needs.
  4. Document and update care records accurately, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  5. Support patients with their rehabilitation goals, promoting independence and confidence in their abilities.

Annual Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is £27,811 - £36,159, which may vary based on location and experience.
