Care and Support Specialist

About the Role:
We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Care and Support Specialist at Pebble Mill Care Home.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to our residents, supporting their independence and promoting a positive living environment. This includes delivering clinical, social, and emotional care, recognising and meeting the specific needs of each resident.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents with varying requirements, from companionship to personal care
- Work closely with our award-winning team to deliver exceptional care and support residents in all aspects
- Monitor residents' well-being and report any changes to the nurse or senior care assistant
- Communicate effectively with residents' families, friends, and other healthcare professionals
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.45, dependent on experience and qualifications
- A permanent contract with alternate weekends as part of the rota
