IT Specialist for End User Computing

About the Role:
As an IT End User Computing Specialist at Loughborough University, you will be part of the End User Environment Team, responsible for delivering expert support and development on a wide range of End User Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the Labs Windows Desktop project and contribute to the new Digi-Labs project.
- Involved in application packaging and creating custom MS Windows images.
- Experience in centrally managing endpoints such as Configuration Manager, Intune, Active Directory, and Group Policy is essential.
About the Team:
You will be joining a friendly and diverse team of 8 End User Professionals, responsible for providing expert support and development on a wide range of End User Services.
