We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Private Client team at Austin Fraser, providing high-level secretarial support on a range of issues.

About the Role:

This office-based position offers excellent access to public transport and requires a professional, proactive level of support in estates, private property, tax planning, and family matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing wills
  • Succession planning
  • Tax-efficient lifetime giving

  • Creating, administering, and terminating trusts
  • Providing advice to trustees and beneficiaries
  • Trust Taxation
  • Offshore trusts

You will manage diaries of fee earners in Microsoft Outlook, arrange meetings, send and respond to invites, process expense claims, and maintain accurate client contact details.

The ideal candidate has experience in Private Client or Family Law. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, are essential.

The salary for this role is £32,500 per annum.
