Job Title: Hotel Operations Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Eden Hotel Collection. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our luxury resort, providing exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and guest services.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest service and exceed expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a 4 red star hotel or luxury resort environment.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong business acumen, with a focus on revenue growth, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
