Job Title: Hotel Operations Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Eden Hotel Collection. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, providing exceptional guest service, and leading a team of dedicated professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
- Lead a team of hotel staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Ensure exceptional guest service, exceeding expectations and delivering a 4-red-star guest experience.
- Identify and maximize sales opportunities, working closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance, including quality, safety, and sustainability initiatives.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement business plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel operations management, preferably in a 4-red-star or luxury hotel environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends, with a focus on sustainability and quality.
