VP of Hotel Operations

Your new company is a leading international real estate investment and property management company with a strong reputation for its excellent working environment and culture. They are growing rapidly and expanding their hotel portfolio in the UK.
Your New RoleYou will be responsible for developing and communicating a clear vision and strategic plan for the UK's hotel portfolio, managing relationships with hotel management companies and franchisors. This is a highly commercial role that will involve developing CAPEX plans in coordination with Finance and obtaining internal approvals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategic plan for the UK's hotel portfolio
- Manage relationships with hotel management companies and franchisors
- Develop CAPEX plans in coordination with Finance and obtain internal approvals
- Monitor the day-to-day operations of all hotels within the group to ensure achievement of financial targets and cash flow
You will have previous experience in the hotel sector, preferably in an operationally focused role. You should be able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including financiers, investors, and partners, and identify and pursue opportunities for business growth, expansion, and diversification.
