At Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust, we are committed to providing seamless pathways of care for patients within the Integrated Care System. This role presents an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the introduction of our community Rehabilitation and Recovery Units.

You will be working in a cross-site setting at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford. As a registered Occupational Therapist, you will have experience in working in a multi-disciplinary / multi-agency health / social care environment with knowledge of IT basic administration systems including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc).

This is an estimated salary range between £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience. We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive training and development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.

We provide community-based health services for adults and children in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin, and some services in surrounding areas too. These range from district nursing, health visiting and running four community hospitals through to providing very specialist community care through talented and dedicated staff.
