Community Resilience Educator

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Community Resilience Educator to join our team at Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust. As a key member of our community health team, you will play a vital role in promoting community resilience and improving health outcomes for vulnerable populations.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver education programs that promote healthy behaviors and lifestyle choices among our patients and community members. You will work closely with our community outreach teams to identify education gaps and develop targeted solutions that address the unique needs of our communities.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and community members. We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver education programs that promote healthy behaviors and lifestyle choices among our patients and community members
