Role Overview

Key responsibilities include working with clients to understand their needs, providing expert advice on construction costs, and managing stakeholder relationships. A strong track record of delivering high-quality services, excellent communication skills, and ability to travel to site when required are essential.

If you have a Degree in Quantity Surveying, MRICS qualification, and proven experience in cost consultancy or client-side environment, we encourage you to apply.

Job Requirements

* Degree educated in Quantity Surveying
* MRICS qualified preferred but not essential
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a similar role and from within a client side or cost consultancy environment
* Strong track record of delivering cost management/quantity surveying services across a range of projects
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* UK Driving Licence and ability to travel to site when required

Salary Range

£40k - £60k D.O.E (dependent on experience)
