Role Overview:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital part in the Commercial Team of a highly reputable, family-run main contractor based in Newry. With over 20 years of experience producing impressive landmark projects across Ireland, this company has built an excellent reputation for providing innovative and progressive approaches to both public and private sector clients.

About the Company:
This contractor specializes in delivering high-quality projects across various sectors, including Hospitality, Private & Commercial, Residential, Health, Office & Retail, and Education. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and project success, they have established themselves as one of Northern Ireland's most prominent Construction Contractors.

Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing the cost of projects worth up to £20m, providing Quantity Surveyor functions, including commercial transactions, commercial reporting, and cash flow management on allocated projects. You will work closely with the Operational Team to ensure projects are delivered on programme and within budget.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must be a degree-educated Quantity Surveyor with at least 10 years of experience in a main contractor setting. Experience working on large commercial builds is advantageous. You should be computer-literate, familiar with relevant software, and possess excellent communication skills.
