About the Role

  • As a seasoned Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee all financial aspects of private residential projects, from initial estimates to final accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for residential construction projects.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors in Northern Ireland.
  • Monitor project costs, variations, and valuations, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals.
  • Provide regular financial reports and updates to stakeholders on project progress.
  • Conduct site visits to assess progress and address financial or contractual issues in residential developments.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • You have 10+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, particularly in private residential projects in the UK.
  • You possess strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and project delivery.
  • You have excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills to drive project success.
  • You are proficient in MS Office and Quantity Surveying software.
  • You hold a full UK driving licence for travel within Northern Ireland.
