Job Title: Office Manager/ Accounts Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at KELLY PARRISH RECRUITMENT LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the senior team, including diary management, minute taking, and photocopying.
  • Maintain accurate records of all orders and invoices submitted for reconciliation to Finance.
  • Manage post and provide clerical support to the team, including filing and data entry.
  • Ensure all necessary admission details are obtained from the commissioning agency and that the occupancy spreadsheet is kept up to date.
  • Chase outstanding invoices and maintain a database of HR, Training, and policies.
  • Ensure data protection and confidentiality are maintained at all times, in line with legislation and audits.

Requirements:

  • Advanced DBS certificate and OFSTED Knowledge.
  • Strong administration, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety and Data Protection.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

What We Offer:
