Job Title: Office Manager/ Accounts Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at KELLY PARRISH RECRUITMENT LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the senior team, including diary management, minute taking, and photocopying.
- Maintain accurate records of all orders and invoices submitted for reconciliation to Finance.
- Manage post and provide clerical support to the team, including filing and data entry.
- Ensure all necessary admission details are obtained from the commissioning agency and that the occupancy spreadsheet is kept up to date.
- Chase outstanding invoices and maintain a database of HR, Training, and policies.
- Ensure data protection and confidentiality are maintained at all times, in line with legislation and audits.
Requirements:
- Advanced DBS certificate and OFSTED Knowledge.
- Strong administration, communication, and organisational skills.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety and Data Protection.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000pa and on-site car parking.
