Building Surveyor Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Building Surveyor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The successful candidate will undertake planned maintenance, dilapidations, party wall work, project monitoring, project management, building surveys, and HMO related works within the surveying department.
About the Role- This role involves working closely with colleagues to provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality.
- The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications and experience as a Graduate Building Surveyor, preferably RICS accredited.
- Strong understanding of Building Regulations, Planning Laws, and Health & Safety guidelines is essential for this role.
- The ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders through excellent written and verbal skills is crucial.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £27,500, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This figure includes all benefits, bonuses, and allowances that may be applicable according to company policies.
