Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Building Surveyor to join our team in the New Forest, Southampton area. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking various tasks including planned maintenance, dilapidations, party wall work, project monitoring, project management, building surveys and HMO related work.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including residential and commercial properties. You will also have the chance to develop your skills and expertise, and work with a talented team of professionals.

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
