About the Role
As a Youth Care Specialist in our Residential Setting, you will play a vital role in supporting our young residents to achieve their full potential. You will work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans, and provide emotional support and guidance to our residents. With a focus on building strong relationships and promoting positive outcomes, you will help our young people to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Providing one-to-one support to our young residents, helping them to develop life skills and promote their physical and emotional health;
• Contributing to the development of individualised care plans and participating in regular team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration;
• Building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, including social workers, therapists, and other professionals;
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or incidents in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of child development and behaviour, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also require a calm and patient approach, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £24,500 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including paid training, comprehensive induction programme, and opportunities for career progression.
