About the Location:

As a Commercial Account Manager at Securitas, you will be based in Newcastle and will have the opportunity to work with clients across the region. Job Description:
The key responsibilities of this role include building and maintaining strong client relationships, staying informed about local market trends and customer needs, participating in client KPI/SLA meetings, and working with operations and commercial teams to deliver innovative security solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing client relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong business acumen, commercial awareness, and relationship-building skills. You should also have experience in project costings, managing margins, and consultative sales. Strategic leadership skills and an innovative approach to problem-solving are essential. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a commercial environment is desirable, along with knowledge of technical security products and services.
