UK Commercial Growth Manager

The position of UK Commercial Growth Manager at Denholm Associates involves driving business growth, engagement, and premium positioning within the high-value spirits category across the UK. This role oversees relationships with key retailers and premium outlets to ensure excellence in customer service and brand representation for a portfolio of specialist whiskies, prestige spirits, and champagne.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a sales and activation strategy to grow the value of key brands across specialist and luxury retailers;
- Acting as the face of the brand portfolio;
- Delivering engaging training sessions and tastings for trade partners, internal teams, whisky clubs, and public to enhance knowledge and brand advocacy;
- Overseeing pricing, promotions, and positioning strategies to optimise volume and value growth.
As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of developing new business and growing key accounts within the UK Specialist/Prestige Retail channel; selling high-value whiskies & spirits.
A competitive salary (approximately £80,000), bonus, private pension, and benefits package awaits the successful candidate.
This is a flexible/remote working opportunity reporting directly to the Managing Director.
