Job Description

The Marketing Programme Manager will play a key role in driving the adoption of existing products and the launch of new products and services for LGC Group's Informed and SSAS divisions.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this individual will own the lead generation process, campaigns, and brand-building activities, focusing on providing an exceptional customer experience that drives retention and growth.

Collaborating closely with the Business Development and Sales teams, the Marketing Programme Manager will develop globally coordinated campaigns and collaterals that align with the company's overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of the Informed and SSAS products and services to translate technical details into customer benefits.
  • Overseeing marketing programs from concept to launch, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Planning and executing online and offline communication strategies, including campaign development and NPD.
  • Creating customer-centric content for integrated marketing campaigns, optimized by channel.
  • Developing a content strategy that positions the company as a thought leader and provides valuable technical insights to target audiences.
  • Engaging existing customers, driving upsells, and fostering long-term customer loyalty through customer communication, nurturing programs, and customer advocacy initiatives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Managing campaign performance against key metrics and ROI.
  • Driving a consistent approach to content planning, development, and distribution.

The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, a degree in marketing or communications, and 1-3 years of experience in a managerial role within a marketing or commercial team. Strong CRM and Marketing Automation skills, excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, and the ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships are essential.

Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing, preferably in the TIC or sports nutritional sector.
  • A degree in marketing or communications, or relevant comparable experience.
  • 1-3 years in a managerial role within a marketing or commercial team.
  • Experience in leading innovative and integrated marketing campaigns from concept to launch.
  • Experience working with international teams and customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Strong CRM and Marketing Automation skills.
