About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Academic Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Department Leads and Head of Department, ensuring efficient communication and effective collaboration with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, a good attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. They will also be proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their career in a dynamic higher education environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Department Leads and Head of Department.
  • Communicate effectively with academic staff and students.
  • Use Microsoft Office suite to create diagrams, take minutes, and write/edit handbooks and resource documents.
  • Support members of the Academic Manager's team.

Salary: £28K per annum

Location: ON-SITE, London, Holborn

Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday
