About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Operations and Sport Events Manager to join our team at Corinthian Sports. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning: Plan and execute various events, including our exclusive Pegasus Lounge, working closely with the Head of Operations and Events.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise the Operations & Events team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Head of Operations & Events to implement new processes and improve operational and customer experience.
  • Pegasus Lounge Development: Secure necessary resources for the growth of the Pegasus Lounge events.
  • Business Growth Opportunities: Identify potential business growth opportunities in collaboration with the Head of Operations & Events.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal departments.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with all departments, ensuring aligned strategies and goals.

About You:

  • You have extensive experience in managing a team and have a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • You have excellent business and financial acumen, with a strong understanding of budgetary planning, forecasting, and stock control.
  • You are highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event management and leadership.
  • Demonstrable business and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
