North York Moors National Park Authority is committed to protecting and preserving the natural beauty of the North York Moors. As a Countryside Ranger Apprentice, you will be part of a team dedicated to promoting the understanding and appreciation of the park's natural environment.
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of the park, including habitat maintenance, species monitoring, and community engagement. You will also participate in training programmes to develop your skills and knowledge in environmental conservation and management.
What We Offer
National minimum wage for your age, vehicle provided for work use, up to 30 days annual leave, plus eight public holidays, excellent training and development opportunities. Estimated salary: £22,000 - £27,000 per year.
