Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Manager to join our team at Riskex Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing our sales through channel partners.

About the Role

The Channel Sales Manager will work closely with our commercial and product teams to ensure that channel partners are well-supported and equipped to sell and advocate our products. This will involve identifying new channel partners, negotiating contracts, managing partners' lead and deal registration, and ensuring sales revenue targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement channel partnership strategies to achieve lead management and sales targets.
  2. Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they are equipped to sell our products.
  3. Collaborate with the commercial team to develop sales tools and marketing materials.
  4. Monitor and analyse sales performance through channel partners.
  5. Conduct regular reviews with channel partners to assess performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  6. Provide regular reports on channel sales performance to senior management.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in channel sales or a related role.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets through channel partners.
  4. Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  5. Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
  6. Strong organisational and time management skills.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
