Educators Wales is committed to promoting excellence in education and learning throughout Wales. We are currently seeking an experienced Training and Development Lead to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering effective training and learning programs, with a focus on supporting learners to achieve their goals. They will work closely with the Management Route Manager to ensure that all training and learning activities meet the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with learners, staff, and stakeholders across Wales. A strong understanding of the Welsh language is desirable but not essential for this role.

Job Requirements
  1. Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role within the Work Based Learning Sector
  2. Proven track record of delivering high-quality training and learning programs
  3. Ability to communicate effectively in English, with a strong emphasis on customer service
  4. Strong team player with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Hold a full U.K. driving licence

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
