We are seeking an experienced military instructional specialist to join our team at Learning Curve Group. As a key member of our instructional staff, you will deliver high-quality training and mentorship to aspiring young people and adults, focusing on vocational qualifications, employability skills, and training in the British Armed Forces.

We are a leading provider of vocational qualifications, employability skills, and training in the British Armed Forces, with 34 military academies across England and Wales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging and effective teaching and learning experiences for learners.
  • Mentor and support learners to achieve their full potential, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, maintaining a deep understanding of the military context and requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development of educational resources and materials that promote diversity and inclusion, reflecting the unique needs and experiences of learners.
  • Monitor and evaluate learner progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions to drive success.
  • Work closely with parents and guardians to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, promoting a sense of community and shared responsibility.
  • Participate in regular training and coaching to enhance teaching and learning skills, staying at the forefront of industry developments and best practices.
  • Promote equal opportunities and respect for diversity throughout the organization, adhering to safeguarding, prevent, and health and safety policies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working within a uniformed service (e.g., army, navy, air force, fire, or police services).
  • A military or civilian Physical Training qualification.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
