TK Maxx Perth is seeking a Permanent Team Leader to work hours per week between Monday to Sunday. This is a retail opportunity with a difference - it's a chance to have a real impact. You'll be supporting our managers by helping to lead a team of associates in a constantly changing store. Our business model is unlike any other - our teams never know what will be delivered next. It means plenty of variety for you, and plenty of unique finds for your customers.

About the role

As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for motivating and guiding a diverse team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll be the face of the store, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.

We're looking for someone who can lead by example, motivate a team, and make decisions with confidence. You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, thinking on your feet, and adapting to new situations.
