About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer experience by providing a warm and welcoming environment, responding to customer queries, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Team Management: Motivate and drive the team to complete tasks efficiently, prioritize workload, and maintain exceptional store standards.
  • Community Engagement: Forge strong links with the local community, host local events, and promote the store's services and products.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure a clean, swift, and efficient operation, complying with health and safety procedures and other processes.
Requirements
  • Experience: Food retail experience is essential, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Attitude and Skills: Great attitude, team working skills, and a willingness to deliver are essential.
  • Training: Full training will be provided to ensure your success in the role.
