Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Greens Retail, a leading c-store chain in Scotland. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of your store, leading a strong team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintaining high store standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to provide an outstanding customer experience
  • Create a positive and productive working environment
  • Forge strong relationships with the local community and host events to engage with customers
  • Manage the store on a day-to-day basis, ensuring consistent delivery of high store standards
  • Recruit, mentor, train, and schedule colleagues to meet business needs
  • Drive store and business growth, ensuring KPIs are met and the store is fit for the future
  • Ensure a clean, efficient, and safe operation, complying with health and safety procedures and other processes
Requirements
  • Proven management experience in a retail environment
  • Desirable: experience in food retail or a related industry
