Mental Health Professional

iPeople Solutions is a leading provider of social care services, and we are currently seeking a skilled Mental Health Social Worker to join our team in Horsham, West Sussex.
We offer a competitive salary of £38 per hour and £150 per week expenses for this role, which involves working 3 days a week from the office in County Hall, North, and 2 days from home.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering statutory social work services to individuals accessing or requiring specialist mental health services, supporting their discharge from hospital. This will involve working in partnership with a newly formed Mental Health Hospital Discharge hub, completing all statutory work such as Care Act Assessments, s117, aftercare planning meetings, safeguarding MCA, Best Interest meetings, and other social care-related tasks.
- This role requires travel throughout the county, including areas not easily accessible by public transport, so a driving license is essential.
- The job involves working in various settings, including community, wards, care homes, offices, and occasionally from home.
