Lead Nursing Assistant Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Nursing Assistant to join our team at Navigo Health and Social Care CIC.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant mental health or health work experience, with supervisory experience and evidence of ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
They will be responsible for coordinating patients' packages of care, assessing and monitoring health and wellbeing needs, ensuring a comprehensive and diverse activity planner, and providing assurance of Nursing Assistant engagement with care plans.
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating patients' packages of care and liaison with other agencies.
- Assessing and monitoring health and wellbeing needs of inpatients.
- Ensuring a comprehensive and diverse activity planner.
- Providing assurance of Nursing Assistant engagement with care plans.
- Supervising and training Nursing Assistants.
- At least 4 years of relevant mental health or health work experience.
- Supervisory experience.
- Evidence of ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
