Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Facilities Administrator to join our Professional Support team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and its services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake regular walk rounds to check fixtures, fittings, equipment, and decor, and report any faults.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our staff and visitors, becoming a familiar face and point of contact for issues.
- Assist with housekeeping, general tidying, signage, and monitoring of supplies, and support the facilities team on projects such as fitouts and moves.
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks for the Head of Facilities and Office Services.
- Monitor the facilities ticket system and work with the Facilities Supervisor to escalate or resolve reported problems.
- Respond to minor crises such as leaks, dealing with the immediate issue and escalating the underlying problem to ensure no risks to people's safety.
- Learn the basic principles of health and safety at work and fire safety around the office.
- Provide reception cover, including inbox management, client greeting, and switchboard duties during sickness, annual leave, or busy periods.
