Job Title: Dedicated Residential Assistant

Salary: £18,000 - £23,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:
Working closely with our care teams, you will develop personalized care plans, focusing on the unique needs and preferences of each resident. Your duties may include assisting with meal times, managing medication, and participating in activities and events designed to promote social interaction and engagement. To succeed in this role, you must possess a warm and caring demeanor, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations. We offer a comprehensive induction program and ongoing training to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in this rewarding position.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in care or a related field
* Basic knowledge of care planning and record-keeping
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid DBS clearance (or willing to undergo)
