Childcare Support Professional

About the Job: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our residential childcare team. As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to young people (up to age 17) who require assistance with daily living tasks and emotional well-being.
Requirements:
- Hold a QCF Level 3 Children and Young People's Workforce Diploma (or equivalent) or be willing to complete this qualification after probation.
- Able to work a rotating shift pattern, including days, nights, and sleep-ins.
Salary and Benefits: The hourly rate for this position is £11.75 per hour for unqualified candidates, rising to £12 upon qualification. In addition, sleep-ins are paid at £60 per shift. The total estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £23,600.
