Job Title: Female Social Care Assistant - Disability Support

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Female Social Care Assistant to support a young family with complex needs in Kingston Park, Newcastle Upon Tyne.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide personal care and support to the family, including accompanying them on activities, assisting with household tasks, and helping with childcare responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to the family, including assistance with daily living tasks and mobility
  • Accompany the family on activities, such as visits to the local park, walks in the nature reserve, and shopping trips
  • Assist with household tasks, including laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation
  • Help with childcare responsibilities, including bed changing and light cleaning duties
  • Support the family in their hobbies and interests, such as reading and writing
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience working with families with complex needs, be able to work independently, and have excellent communication skills.

A car driver would be preferred but is not essential.

The successful candidate must have permission to work in the U.K.
