About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Clinical Lead to join our team at Practice Plus Group, a leading provider of healthcare services in the UK. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in developing and implementing primary care services that support the resettlement and training of individuals within our care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement primary care services that meet the needs of our clients, including those with complex health needs.
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality primary care services.
  • Work closely with other stakeholders, including prison staff and external partners, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the delivery of primary care services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of primary care services and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Registered healthcare professional with a strong background in primary care.
  • Proven experience of leading teams and developing services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare needs of individuals within the criminal justice system.
