Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing autonomous patient care, focusing on chronic disease management and medication optimization.
- Leading the medicines team to ensure seamless patient care and effective medication management.
Clifton Road Surgery is a large and forward-thinking training practice, serving approximately 15,000 patients. Our team consists of experienced healthcare professionals, including GPs, practice nurses, and administrative staff. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality patient-centered care and are committed to continuous improvement.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Completion of an undergraduate degree in Pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in pharmacy, as demonstrated in a practice portfolio.
- Membership of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) and a prescribing qualification.
- Post-graduate clinical qualification (desirable).
