Clinical Pharmacist in General Practice

Job Summary
We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Clifton Road Surgery, a large and forward-looking training practice responsible for approximately 15,000 patients. The successful candidate will work as an autonomous practitioner providing high-quality and timely patient-centered care.
Main Responsibilities
The primary focus of the role is to work as an independent prescriber and senior pharmacist, leading the CRS medicines team to deliver effective and safe medicines management for all patients. The role will be varied, with face-to-face patient consultations and desk-based activities, requiring flexibility depending on practice demand.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be based at Clifton Road Surgery, situated in the centre of Rugby. We are a dynamic practice and pride ourselves on offering the highest standard of patient-centered care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in pharmacy, as demonstrated within a practice portfolio, and be a member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS).

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
- Completion of an undergraduate degree in Pharmacy, and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
- Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in pharmacy, as demonstrated within a practice portfolio
- Member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS)
