Job Description
As a Freight Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing relationships and developing new business opportunities. You will work closely with our in-house customs team to ensure smooth customs clearance of both export and import shipments.

Responsibilities
Cold calling, lead generation & customer appointments
Maintain and develop your existing accounts
Process bookings from customers by phone/email
Handle the coordination of freight (Land, Air or Sea)
Handle all operational aspects of import and export movements
Build and maintain a good working relationship with customers and suppliers
Liaise with all relevant parties to ensure that expectations are met during the movement of cargo

Requirements
Sales Experience: 1 year (preferred)
Freight Forwarding experience by Air, Sea, Land and Abnormal
Freight Account management experience: 2 years (preferred)
